Russian Robinson Club

1.The main purpose of this event is to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Russian Robinson club on the air, popularization of club’s diploma programs and also ability to fulfill the conditions of various diplomas and awards. Designation of the best “Robinson” and the best “Hunter”.

2.HAMs and SWLs from all around the world are invited to participate.

3.The total timeframe of activity of jubilee stations, expeditions on RRC diploma programs and club member will happen from 01.06.2018 to 31.08.2018. During this time special callsigns will be used in the format of R25RRC / R25RRA / R25RMA and others, confined with expeditions on programs RRA, RABA, RIIA, RFFA, RLHA, RMA etc. 

Within the general timeframe of activity, from 01.07.2018 to 31.07.2018, a club headquarter’s callsign will be also active – R25RRC and special callsigns from the club members and friends of RRC from other countries (e.g. DL*RRC, EG*RRC, LZ*RRC).

4.Mode– CW, SSB, Digital

5.Bands – 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 17, 15, 12 and 10m

6.The following QSOs will be only counted, : 
- with members of RRC,
- with special callsigns (as mentioned above),
- with expeditions (regardless of the callsign) on club’s diploma programs

7. QSOs Identifiers:
- RRC club members during the active timeframe can transmit both: RS (RST) and personal club number (e.g. UA9OBA 59 RRC 001), the full list of club members can be found here: http://www.rdxc.org/rrc/CLUB/members.asp?ORDER=1

- Expeditions as part of RRC club activity transmit RS (RST) and program reference number from RRA, RABA, RIIA, RFFA, RLHA and RMA (e.g. RA1ALA/p 59 RR-01-04)

8.Points counting

- QSO with a RRC member -  gives3 points

- QSO with island on RRA and RIIA programs; Flora & Fauna references within the RFFA program; lighthouse within the RHLA program; mountain top within the RMA program; Antarctic base within the RABA program – receives 5 pointswill be counted

- QSO with special callsigns RRC (DL*RRC, EG*RRC, LZ*RRC etc.) - gives5 points

- QSO with special club headquarters’ callsign- R25RRC –gives10 points
Repeated QSO are allowed to be set on different bands and with different mode(CW, SSB, Digital) in the allocated part of bands for each type of mode.

9.As a result of activity days the following diplomas and awards are established:
«Russian Robinson Club Activity - 25 Years» diploma has three grades:

"Bronze" – 250 points for HAMs/SWLs from Europe and Asia and 50 points for hams from North and South America, Africa and Oceania 

"Silver" – 500 points for HAMs/SWLs from Europe and Asia and 100 points for hams from North and South America, Africa and Oceania

"Gold" – 750 points for HAMs/SWLs from Europe and Asia and 150 points for hams from North and South America, Africa and Oceania

Plaque «Russian Robinson Club Activity - 25 Years» will be given for 1000 points for HAMs/SWLs from Europe and Asia and for 500 points for HAMs/SWLs from North and South America, Africa and Oceania.

RRC members – operators of special radio stations and expedition participants are awarded with diploma following the below conditions:
"Bronze" – 250 QSO
"Silver" – 500 QSO
"Gold" – 750 QSO

- Plaque «Russian Robinson Club Activity - 25 Years» for activators will be given for 1000 QSO.

10.Diplomas in electronic format are sent free of charge. Plaque will be sent by post, with a cost of 1700 RUB for Russia and 44 USD or 39 EUR for overseas.

11.Additionally, as a result of activity days, participants will be awarded with aboard (free of charge) and special prize for:
- Best result in Russia (European part) 
- Best result in Russia (Asian part)
- Best result amongst overseas participants, Europe
- Best result amongst overseas participants, Asia
- Best result amongst overseas participants, outside the Euroasian region

12.Amongst activators and club members plaque and special prize is given to winners from groups for: 
- Highest amount of QSO amongst RRC members
- Highest amount of QSO within expeditions (individual) on RRA, RIIA, RFFA, RLHA, RABA и RMA programs.*
- Highest amount of QSO within expeditions (team) on RRA, RIIA, RFFA, RLHA, RABA и RMA programs.*
- Highest amount of QSO within special RRC callsigns (DL*RRC, EG*RRC, LZ*RRC etc).
*When activations of several territories (references) connections are summed up.

13.Result calculations and electronic diplomas upload will happen automatically in HAMLOG.RU system based on uploaded operators’ LOG with special callsigns, expeditions and club members. 

14.Application to get a Plaquees required to be sent to the manager of the diploma program - Eugene RZ3EC based on the data fromс HAMLOG.RU using rz3ec@yandex.ru
